Welcome to the Suffolk County Council Tour and Activity Plan Wizard!

The new Tour and Activity Plan is available to all registered unit leaders through their MyScouting accounts beginning May 10, 2012.

Beginning May 10, 2012 all units must use the new on-line tool to create and submit plans for their outings and activities. All plans for tours and activities taking place on or after May 10, 2012 must be submitted using the new on-line Tour and Activity Plan.

Beginning May 10, 2012 the Council Service Center will no longer accept the old paper Tour Plan forms and will instruct those submitting the paper forms to resubmit using the on-line Tour and Activity Plan.

Any paper plan that is submitted to the Council Service Center for a trip or activity taking place prior to May 10, 2012 will be processed and returned to the unit in the usual/old manner. Any trip or activity taking place after May 10, 2012 will require a new on-line Tour and Activity Plan.

Guidelines for when to submit plans have not changed. If you are unsure about whether or not your trip or activity requires a plan, you can access the SCC Tour Plan Wizard by clicking the button below.

The new Tour and Activity Plan will be reviewed by council staff, but there is no longer an approval process. Responsibility for compliance with BSA policies and guidelines lies with the unit.

An informative training video has been developed on how to use the new Tour and Activity plan application. The new Tour and Activity Plan FAQ page can also be viewed here. Links to the video and FAQ pages are also available upon accessing your MyScouting account.
