Winter Camp ProgramsWinter adds a new dimension to camp. If you've never been to The Hollow in the wintertime, now is the time to give it a try. You'll sleep in a heated cabin and eat in the Dining Hall, so no need to worry about freezing!
Spring Camp ProgramsJoin the crocuses and daffodils as they welcome warmer weather at The Hollow! Spring is probably the best time to be at camp - not too hot, not too cold.

Baiting HolloweenBring the family out to The Hollow to enjoy our version of Halloween - Baiting Holloween! Cubs and younger family members are welcome during the day. Teens and older kids are welcome to come in the evening - when it's good and dark - to see if they can survive the Haunted Trail hike!
Brunch with SantaJoin us for "The Most Wonderful Time of the Year"! Our Dining Hall is transformed into a Winter Wonderland and Santa is sure to show up!

While our camping programs will keep you busy all day, there are times when you have a destination in mind and Baiting Hollow Scout Camp is a convenient place to make camp. We're happy to have you stay. If you're looking for something to do before or after camp, check out some of these local attractions!

We are 45 minutes from the Port Jefferson Ferry, 45 minutes from the Orient Point Ferry, 30 minutes to ocean beaches, and have access to Long Island Sound and a freshwater pond from the camp property.
